PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger joint rehabilitation device which can be easily attached to even the patients fingers in which contractures have developed in the state of clenching a fist tightly.SOLUTION: A finger joint rehabilitation device supports an extension exercise of a finger joint and is a bottomed cylindrical body which is disposed across at least one finger joint along the skin surface on the extension direction side of a finger to be rehabilitated. The finger joint rehabilitation device includes: a bellows 11 which is expandable/contractable in the axial direction and is bendable in the bending direction a pipe 20 which communicates with the bellows and an internal pressure adjusting part which discharges a working fluid in the bellows through the pipe, changes the internal pressure of the bellows into negative pressure to make the bellows contract, and generates the force to support the extension exercise of the finger joint.
