PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation support device having a simple configuration which gives excellent rehabilitation effect by moving each finger independently in accordance with an intention of a trainer.SOLUTION: The rehabilitation support device is used to make a trainer carry out a rehabilitation exercise of the fingers. The rehabilitation support device includes a voice input means for inputting the voice of the trainer, a finger exercising means for making the fingers of the trainer to perform a rehabilitation exercise, and a control means for controlling the rehabilitation exercise. The finger exercising means has a finger fixing section for independently fixing at least two of the five fingers and a motor for independently moving the finger fixing members backward and forward in the longitudinal direction of the fingers.
