PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique that can generate and present a preferable practice menu of hand finger movement for maintaining or improving a cognitive function and a motor function of a person, and thereby can support the practice of the person.SOLUTION: A system for generating a hand finger movement practice menu has, for example, a generation device 1 and a practice device 2. The practice device 2 has a measuring device 3 and a terminal device 4. The generation device 1 acquires analysis evaluation data containing an evaluation value of an index item concerning a user's motor function based on the measurement of hand finger movement containing finger tapping, generates a practice menu containing the practice of a practice item of the hand finger movement on the basis of the analysis evaluation data, stores practice menu data, and presents the practice menu to a user. The index item has at least one of an exercise amount, endurance, rhythmicity, both side cooperativeness and marker followability.
