The present invention relates to a novel Lactobacillus plantarum K46 (KACC91758P) strain, and to a composition using the same. More specifically, provided are various antimicrobial compositions using antimicrobial activities of the Lactobacillus plantarum K46. Particularly, provided is a microorganism additive for manufacturing silages.
