An effect of preventing VHC (viral hermorrhagic septicemia) of halibut was confirmed by rearing halibut in a water tank characterized in that the rearing water tank has digital color ranges of 22 to 215 in red (R), 91 to 252 in green (G), and 30 to 242 in blue (B) in a rearing water tank having predetermined height and area. Therefore, the present invention provides a method and a water tank for preventing VHC of halibut using colors which are capable of preventing VHC of halibut by low cost and high efficient methods. A method for preventing VHC of halibut according to the present invention comprises: a step (a) of preparing flounder larva for fish farming a step (b) of preparing a water tank in which rearing water tank surface colors consist of 8-bit digital color value ranges of 22 to 215 in red (R), 91 to 252 in green (G), and 30 to 242 in blue (B) a step (c) of putting the flounder larva into the water tank having the colors of the step (b), thereby rearing the flounder larva to a sieve length of 34 to 57 cm.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016일정 높이와 면적을 갖는 사육수조에 있어서 상기 사육수조의 디지털색채의 범위는 적색(R)이 22~215, 녹색(G)이 91~252, 청색(B)이 30~242범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 수조에서 넙치를 양식함으로써 넙치 바이러스성 출혈성 패혈증 예방 효과를 확인하였다. 따라서 저비용 고효율적인 방법으로 넙치 바이러스성 출혈성 패혈증을 예방할 수 있는 색을 이용한 넙치 바이러스성 출혈성 패혈증 질병 예방 방법 및 수조를 제공한다.
