The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing hollow tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cake) rice cake adopting cheese and curry as main materials and, more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing hollow tteokbokki rice cake adopting cheese and curry as main materials, wherein the hollow tteokbokki rice cake is manufactured by using an apparatus for hollow tteokbokki rice cake and a mixture in which 0.1 parts by weight of cheese and 0.05 parts by weight of curry are mixed with rice cake, and a hollow part of the tteokbokki rice cake is easily formed and the crushing or sticking of the hollow part is fundamentally prevented by using a cooling unit and a water spay unit. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a hopper (10); a main body (20) having one side on which the hopper is mounted, and having a space part formed therein, wherein the main body induces that tteokbokki rice cake materials, which are fed through the hopper, sequentially pass through the main body; a screw (30) installed inside the main body, and inducing the tteokbokki rice cake materials, which pass through the main body, to be extruded and moved toward one side; a temporary output hole (40) through which the tteokbokki rice cake materials passing through the screw gather and pass; a hollow molding tube (50) inserted into the temporary output hole (40), and inducing the tteokbokki rice cake materials passing through the temporary output tube to have a space part therein; a cooling unit (60) installed at the end of the hollow molding tube, and cooling the hollow space part to induce the hollow part of the tteokbokki rice cake to be hard; and a discharge member (80) installed at the output side of the main body, wherein the extrusion member (80) is a last door where the tteokbokki rice cake with the hollow part is discharged to the outside.본 발명은 치즈 카레를 주재료로 채택한 중공형 떡복기 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 떡살 1 중량부 대비 치즈 0.1중량부와 카레 0.05중량부를 혼합한 상태에서 중공형 떡복기 장치를 이용하여 치즈 카레를 주재료로 채택한 중공형 떡복기를
