PURPOSE: A refrigerator deodorizing catalyst containing silver added manganese dioxide is provided to eliminate methyl mercaptan and trimethyl amine by carrying metal complex oxide in honeycomb shaped TiO_2-SiO_2-Al_2O_3 and TiO_2-SiO_2 carrier. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator deodorizing catalyst is obtained by carrying silver or silver oxide in one carrier selected from TiO_2-SiO_2-Al_2O_3 and TiO_2-SiO_2. The molar composition ratio of TiO_2, SiO_2, Al_2O_3 is 40-90%:10-30%:0-30%. The amount of silver in the carrier is 1-20 weight% based on the entire composition of the catalyst. Bad odor is generated from methyl mercaptan and trimethyl amine. The catalyst eliminates the bad odor at a temperature between 0 and 20 degrees Celsius.본 발명은 냉장고 악취제거용 촉매, 그 촉매의 제조방법 및 그 촉매를 이용한 악취제거 장치 등의 용도에 관한 것이다.
