PURPOSE: A producing method of a refined fish oil soft capsule having health functionality using a low temperature deodorization method is provided to remove the bad smell from the fish oil using supercritical fluid and the low temperature deodorization method.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a refined fish oil soft capsule comprises the following steps: sealing a reactor containing fish oil, injecting liquid carbon dioxide into the reactor to secure the state of the carbon dioxide in a supercritical fluid state for 4-9 hours for low temperature deodorizing the fishy smell from the fish oil and opening the reactor, and removing the carbon dioxide before filling the deodorized fish oil into the soft capsule.
