The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing chlorine dioxide using hydrogen peroxide and a method for sterilization and removal of bad odor using chlorine dioxide. The purpose of the present invention is to prevent salt from being generated as a byproduct when chlorine dioxide is manufactured. To this end, the method for manufacturing chlorine dioxide used for sterilization of malodorous substances or removal of bad odor comprises the following steps of: (a) mixing chlorite or hypochlorite with water to manufacture a chlorite solution or a hypochlorite solution (S10)； (b) adding a catalyst to hydrogen peroxide to manufacture activated hydrogen peroxide (S20)； and (c) making the chlorite solution or the hypochlorite solution manufactured in the step S10 react with the activated hydrogen peroxide manufactured in the step S20 to manufacture chlorine dioxide (S30).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019본 발명은 과산화수소를 이용한 이산화염소 제조방법 및 이산화염소를 이용한 살균 및 악취제거방법에 관한 것으로서, 이산화염소 제조시에 부산물로서 염분이 생성되지 않도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은, 악취물질의 살균 또는 악취제거에 사용되는 이산화염소의 제조방법에 있어서, (a) 아염소산염 또는 차아염소산염을 물과 혼합하여 아염소산염 용액 또는 차아염소산염 용액으로 제조하는 단계(S10)； (b) 과산화수소에 촉매를 첨가하여 활성화된 과산화수소를 제조하는 단계(S20)； (c) 상기 S10 단계에서 제조된 아염소산염 용액 또는 차아염소산염 용액과, 상기 S20 단계에서 제조된 활성화된 과산화수소를 반응시켜 이산화염소를 제조하는 단계(S30)；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
