PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ca-pantothenate solution for use in manufacturing food products for human and feed applicable product for animals, vitamin preparations, and pharmaceutical formulations.SOLUTION: There is provided a solution containing Ca-pantothenate which can be obtained by a method of reacting a sodium-β-alaninate alcohol solution with R-pantolactone to obtain sodium-pantothenate and converting it to pantothenic acid or a salt thereof. The sodium-β-alaninate alcohol solution is obtained by (a) a process of adding β-amino-propionitrile to excessive amounts of a sodium hydroxide solution or alcohol/solution at a temperature of 60 to 95°C and removing water, (b) a process of neutralizing the excessive amounts of the sodium hydroxide solution by β-alanine with avoiding β-alanine to be excessive to obtain a solution with desired concentration directly, (c) a process of removing water, and (d) a process of dissolving sodium-β-alaninate into C1 to 8-alcohol to obtain a sodium-β-alaninate alcohol solution with desired concentration.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】ヒト用食品および動物用飼料適用物、ビタミン調製物、並びに医薬製剤の製造における使用のためのCa-パントテネート溶液の提供。【解決手段】(a)β-アミノ-プロピオニトリルを過剰の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液またはアルコール/水溶液に60~95℃の温度で加え、水を除去する工程;(b)過剰の水酸化ナトリウムをβ-アラニンにより、β-アラニンが過剰になるのを避けつつ、中和して、所望の濃度の溶液を直接得る工程;(c)水を除去する工程、および(d)ナトリウム-β-アラニネートをC1~8-アルコールに溶解して、所望の濃度のナトリウム-β-アラニネートアルコール溶液を得る工程により得られたナトリウム-β-アラニネートアルコール溶液を、R-パントラクトンと反応させさせてナトリウム-パントテネートを得、それをパントテン酸またはその塩に変換する方法によって得ることができるるCa-パントテネートを含む溶液。【選択図】なし
