PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chilled or frozen cabbage roll products with an original cooked texture being maintained, without degradation of taste and appearance or nutrition loss due to drip loss during thawing or hot water bathing.SOLUTION: In the case of chilled or frozen products including cooked cabbage rolls having a coiled cross section which are packaged together with sauce and cooled, the occurrence of dripping is unavoidable before eaten due to thawing or hot water bathing. When packaged together with a sauce having high viscosity, however, the cabbage leaves and ingredients are re-impregnated with the sauce including the effluent water and nutrients, and the cabbage leaves and ingredients are very easily tangled with the sauce including the effluent water.
