The present application relates to novel derivatives of monomethyl auristatin F which are substituted at the N terminus with a carboxyalkyl group to a method for producing said derivatives to the use of said derivatives for treating and/or preventing diseases and to the use of said derivatives for producing pharmaceuticals for treating and/or preventing diseases in particular hyperproliferative and/or angiogenic diseases such as cancers.
