PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an access for instruments and improve retention at the insertion into a body opening.SOLUTION: A trocar sleeve includes a distal tubular section 2, a flare section 3 which is connected to the proximal end of the tubular section 2 and which is widened toward proximal side, and at least one screw 8 with a circular outer contour, helically arranged on a periphery of the tubular section 2.
