PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of treating arm parts while making a person to be treated assume a natural posture.SOLUTION: Holding parts 10 are constituted of first holding parts 11 for holding upper arms of a person to be treated and second holding parts 12 for holding lower arms of the person to be treated. The first holding parts 11 are secured to the side parts of a backrest part 6 and the second holding parts 12 are engaged with guide rails 9 provided on the sides of a seat part 5. The first holding parts 11 and the second holding parts 12 are pivotally fixed.
