PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of giving a treatment to an arm part while a person to be treated is made to take a natural attitude.SOLUTION: A holding part 10 is composed of a first holding section 11 for holding an upper arm of a person to be treated, and a second holding section 12 for holding a forearm of the person to be treated. The first holding section 11 is fitted to the side part of a backrest part 6, and the second holding section 12 is engaged with a guide rail 9 provided on a side of a seat part 5. The first holding section 11 and the second holding section 12 are pivotally connected to each other.
