PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massaging machine which can give a medical treatment to an arm portion while putting a person to be treated in a natural posture.SOLUTION: A holding portion 10 is formed of a first holding part 11 holding the upper arm of the person to be treated and a second holding part 12 holding the forearm of the person to be treated. The first holding part 11 is attached to the side part of a backrest portion 6 and the second holding part 12 is engaged with a guide rail 9 provided on the side of a seat portion 5. The first holding part 11 and the second holding part 12 are pivoted.
