PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of treating an arm part while making a person to be treated assume a natural posture.SOLUTION: By a first holding part 11 for holding an upper arm of a person to be treated and a second holding part 12 for holding a forearm of the person to be treated, a holding part 10 is configured. The first holding part 11 is attached to a side part of a backrest part 6, and the second holding part 12 is engaged with a guide rail 9 provided on a side of a seat part 5. The first holding part 11 and the second holding part 12 are pivoted.
