PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having improved absorbency of polyphenols contained in Kaempferia parviflora components to a living organism even when the composition is orally ingested.SOLUTION: The composition has a particle containing a Kaempferia parviflora component as a core material a part or the whole surface of which is coated by coating material containing oil and fat. As the oil and fat to be contained, rapeseed oil or palm oil are especially preferable. According to the present invention, absorbency of polyphenols to a living organism is improved and furthermore, the component of Kaempferia parviflora is prevented from being oxydated and the storage stability is also improved before ingestion.
