PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition that exhibits a synergistically excellent antioxidant effect by combining various components for exhibiting an antioxidant effect.SOLUTION: A composition containing polyphenol of Peucedanum Japonicum Thunb and fish and shellfish oil exhibits not only antioxidant effects which are merely combined of individual antioxidant effect but also a synergistically excellent antioxidant effect. Such a composition has an excellent stability since the oxidation is suppressed in the composition and has reduced offensive smell emanating from the fish and shellfish oil.
