<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting apparatus to be formed on a groundwork such as a rooftop, quickly fixing roots in transplantation of plants to be planted, especially for instance, lawn through appropriate water retention and water supply, addressing the proper growth of lawn and the blowing of wind on an elevated place, and efficiently constructing a planting layer made of soil with an accurate thickness. <；P>；SOLUTION: This planting apparatus for plants is set on a rooftop or a roof of a building.
