PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic oil and fat composition which has a low content of a trance fatty acid, has good flavor even when a palm-based oil and fat and a lauric oil and fat are used, and keeps good glossy feeling, and to provide an additive which is suitable for production of the plastic oil and fat composition and contains specific triacyl glycerol as a main component.SOLUTION: A plastic oil and fat composition has a content of MMM in oil and fat in a plastic oil and fat composition of 0.01 mass% or more and less than 5 mass%. M represents a fatty acid having 6 to 10 carbon atoms.
