The invention provides a calibration method including a cumulative calibration model and a comparative calibration model for the quantified anechoic-area and hyperechoic-foci features on the images acquired from different ultrasound systems. Each calibration model consists of a collection unit, an analysis unit, a computation unit, and a calibration unit. The collection unit connects with a first and a second ultrasound system to respectively scan a phantom and obtain the first set and the second set of phantom images. The analysis unit and computation unit use the various echo intensity regions on the phantom images to calculate the statistical parameters.
