To provide a standing auxiliary chair in which a seat part is divided into a front seat part and a rear seat part and the front and rear seat parts are inclined and lifted, and in which a gap between a rear upper end of the front seat part and a rear upper end of the rear seat part can be reduced relative to prior one, when the front and rear seat parts are inclined.SOLUTION: A seat front member 9 and a slide frame 16 are pivoted by a rear hinge 18, and can be lifted by a gas cylinder 21. The seat part is formed of a front seat part 30 and a rear seat part 32, and the front and rear seat parts are coupled by a seat hinge 37.
