PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining chair where the rear space of a chair required for reclining a backrest is reduced, and also to provide a massage machine including the chair.SOLUTION: A reclining chair 10 includes: a base frame 20 constituting the base of a seat 11 a seat frame 30 to be movable in a front and rear direction with respect to the base frame 20 and a back frame 50 connected to the seat frame 30 so as to be turned with respect to the base frame 20 while moving in the front and rear direction in connection with the seat frame 30.
