PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants-type diaper for preventing fall-off from a wearing person or obtaining a desired fitting property by eliminating a pressure feeling on a belly side.SOLUTION: The pants-type diaper includes a front body F and a back body B. The front body F is constituted by arranging a first stretchable sheet 21 having its own stretching property in the width direction on the rear surface side of an absorbing element 50 at a position to cover the whole width direction of the absorbing element and also within the range of 1/3 or more in front and rear directions superimposed on at least the absorbing element in a front and rear direction waist part from the start end of a waist opening part WO to the start ends of leg opening parts LO. The back body B is constituted by positioning a base material sheet at a position extending toward both side parts to cover the whole width direction of the absorbing element and also within the range of 1/3 or more in the front and rear directions superimposed on the absorbing element in the front and rear direction waist part from the start end of the waist opening part WO to the start ends of the leg opening parts LO, and also by arranging a second elastic sheet 22 having a stretching property in the width direction by adding a plurality of elastic and stretchable members 15 along the width direction of the base material sheet and at intervals in the front and rear directions.
