PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing unpolished rice which is easy to eat in a short time, without damaging a functional component such as γ-aminobutyric acid contained in a rice bran layer.SOLUTION: A processing of unpolished rice includes an immersion step for immersing the unpolished rice, and a draining step for draining the unpolished rice after the immersion step.
