The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Korean traditional sweet including a purple sweet potato and a Korean traditional sweet manufactured using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing the Korean traditional sweet including the purple sweet potato includes: a step of washing rice and manufacturing soaking rice by mixing the rice and water at a volume ratio of 1:1.5-1:3 and soaking the rice for 15 to 25 hours; a step of manufacturing steamed rice by steaming the soaking rice for 20-40 minutes using steam of high temperature; a step of firstly drying the moisture included in the steamed rice to be equal to or less than 10 wt% by drying the steamed rice by hot air of 70-90°C; a step of secondly drying the steamed rice firstly dried, at 15-25°C by putting the steamed rice in a tray; a step of separating the steamed rice secondly dried by each steamed rice grain; a step of manufacturing the dried boiled rice grain by removing foreign substances and the crushed steamed rice grain separated using a screen with the diameter of 0.5-1.3 mm; a step of thinly cutting the washed purple sweet potato at the thickness of 2-4 mm; a step of drying the purple sweet potato which is cut so that a moisture content becomes 10 wt% or less; a step of manufacturing purple sweet potato powder by grinding the dried purple sweet potato using a grinder; a step of mixing and heating a starch syrup, sugar, water, salt, and edible oil and manufacturing the syrup; a step of adding the purple sweet potato powder into the syrup and heating the syrup, thereby manufacturing the syrup including the purple sweet potato; a step of manufacturing a roasted sweet rice puff by mixing the steamed rice which is dried and a nut product in the syrup including the purple sweet potato and stirring the same; and a step of forming the roasted sweet rice puff.본 발명은 자색 고구마를 포함하는 한과의 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 한과에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자색 고구마를 포함하는 한과
