The present invention relates to a filter needle having a rotational sucking unit, and a method for manufacturing a needle unit. More specifically, the present invention comprises a needle unit, a sucking unit and a rotational cap. The needle unit comprises: a first frame which has a first needle groove formed in an upper part thereof and part of a needle inserted into the first needle groove; a second frame which is provided in a lower part of the first frame such that a rotational space is formed between the first frame and the second frame, and has an inlet and an outlet having an upper and lower part penetrated thereto; a third frame which is provided in a lower part of the second frame such that a filter groove is formed between the second frame and the third frame, and has a fixing bar on a lower surface of the filter groove; and a filter which is mounted on the filter groove. The sucking unit comprises: a second needle groove which is formed on a center of an upper part thereof to have other part of the needle inserted thereinto; and a sucking pipe which is provided in a location adjacent to the second needle groove while being away from the second needle groove, wherein a lower part of the sucking unit is formed in a shape covering the needle unit for accommodating the needle unit, and the sucking unit is coupled to the needle unit to be able to rotate around the needle as a center shaft. The rotational cap is provided in the rotational space, is coupled to the sucking unit when the needle unit is coupled to the sucking unit, and opens/closes the inlet and the outlet according to the rotation of the sucking unit.
