The present invention relates to a fish attraction lamp and a manufacturing method thereof. The fish attraction lamp simplifies the coupling configuration of inner grooves and a luminous member which absorbs light emitted from a light emitting module and emits brighter light at the same time to reduce the manufacturing time and enhance productivity while reducing the manufacturing cost. According to the present invention, the fish attraction lamp includes: a body (20) which is made of a transparent material, has a closed upper part, and has an inner space (21) with an open lower part； the inner grooves (30) which are inserted into the open lower part of the body (20) while being arranged on the upper part of the inner space (21) of the body (20)； the light emitting module (40) which is arranged on the lower part of the inner grooves (30) in the inner space (21) of the body (20) and emits light through the inner grooves (30) and the body (20) to the outside； and the luminous member (50) coupled to the upper part of the inner grooves (30) while being adhered to the outer peripheral surface. An adhesive agent (60) is injected through the lower part of the body (20) to seal the inner space (21) of the body (20). When the inner grooves (30) are inserted into the inner space of the body while having the luminous member (50) coupled to the upper part, the blade units of the luminous member (50) are adhered to the curved parts of the inner grooves (30), thereby arranging the blade units of the luminous member (50) uniformly.
