Second puncture is formed in the abdominal cavity in the area of the kidney under study and a second port is inserted therein. Endoscope is introduced through the second port. Kidney is inspected. Second port is released, a manipulator-coagulator is introduced in the second port. Surface coagulation within the thickness of the capsule is performed. Manipulator-coagulator is removed. Colored liquid is injected into the catheter tube located in the ureter. Nephroscopic tube is introduced into the second port, orienting its end to the marked site of the kidney, where the capsule is prone to coagulation. Tube is pushed forward into the kidney. When the colored liquid appears, the propulsion of the tube is stopped. Endoscope is introduced through the second port, kidney cups are reached through the cortex and medulla by the endoscope. Through the second port, using the endoscope and manipulators, diagnostic and treatment procedures are carried out.
