PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contrast medium injection device allowing vertical setting of a syringe, and allowing complete discharge of residual air inside the syringe.SOLUTION: The contrast medium injection device includes a cylindrical syringe 11, and a plunger 12 operating inside the syringe 11.
