PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection set which is easy to manufacture, can reduce the manufacturing cost, enables an injection set and a pump to be inconspicuously worn, and provides a user with ease of movement and comfort. SOLUTION: A base 40, an upper partition wall 80, a lower partition wall 90, and a partition wall cap 70 surrounding the upper partition wall 80 and the lower partition wall 90 are provided, and the partition wall cap 70 has at least one radial port 130 and at least one shaft. The method of connecting the extension set hub 30 with the blunt septum to the injection set 10 including the directional port 132 involves the step of attaching the base 40 to the user's skin surface and the blunt cannula 110 being the radial port. The step of moving the extension set hub 30 in a direction substantially parallel to the base 40 until it passes through 130 and between the upper and lower bulkheads 80 in the bulkhead cap 70, and until it reaches the desired position.
