PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flavor improver improving flavor of food and drink to provide a method for improving flavor of food and drink and to provide food and drink improved in flavor.SOLUTION: A flavor improver includes at least one kind selected from the group (group A) comprising acesulfame potassium, stevia and enzyme-treated material of stevia, and at least one kind selected from the group (group B) comprising aspartame and sucralose. The flavor improver is used for at least one selected from improvement in fruit feeling, improvement in spicy feeling, suppression of sharpened acidity and suppression of sharpened saltiness.
