PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food liquid heating sterilization method and device improved in heat efficiency of the whole by increasing responsiveness of the whole device.SOLUTION: A food liquid heating sterilization method includes using a heater 11 having an inner pipe 12 formed by bending, and an outer pipe 13 surrounding the inner pipe 12 inflowing food liquid into the inner pipe 12 and supplying high-temperature steam to the entrance side of the outer pipe 13 performing vacuum suction to the outlet side of the outer pipe 13 by using an ejector 24 and controlling the temperature of the heater 11.
