PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing multilayer food capable of producing high-quality multilayer food while using food ingredient with a high viscosity as outer layer food ingredient and inner layer food ingredient and having simple constitution of a device.SOLUTION: A multilayer food producing device 10 has an inner food ingredient pumping device 22 constituted of a monoaxial eccentric screw pump, an outer layer ingredient pumping device 32, and a discharge section 40.
