PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computer tomographic device mounting an X-ray tube capable of shortening the cooling time, and to provide an X-ray tube device for use in this apparatus.SOLUTION: An X-ray computer tomographic device, includes an X-ray tube 131 having an inner surface processed so that the heat absorptivity of the inner surface of an X-ray tube container 131a exceeds the heat absorptivity of copper, in an X-ray tube device 13.
