The present invention relates to a 2-aminopyridine derivative represented by chemical formula 1, an antibacterial composition comprising the same, and a novel method for preparing the same. According to the present invention, disclosed 2-aminopyridine derivatives show excellent antibacterial activities, and thus a composition including the same may be useful as an antibacterial composition. In addition, an excellent yield is exhibited even without using a solvent and a catalyst when preparing the same, and various 2-aminopyridine derivatives can be prepared environmentally-friendly.본 발명은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2-아미노피리딘 유도체, 이를 포함하는 항박테리아용 조성물 및 이의 신규한 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서 개시하는 2-아미노피리딘 유도체들이 우수한 항박테리아 활성을 나타낸 바, 이를 포함하는 조성물은 항박테리아용 조성물로 유용하게 활용될 수 있으며, 제조 시에 용매 및 촉매를 사용하지 않아도 우수한 수율을 나타내며 친환경적으로 다양한 2-아미노피리딘 유도체를 제조할 수 있다；[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1에서, Y는 (C1~C4)알콕시, 아릴옥시, 2-(C1~C4)알콕시(C1~C4)알킬 및 아민으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나이고, R은 수소, (C1~C4)알킬, (C1~C4)알콕시, 할로겐 및 아릴로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상이며, R1은 수소 및 R2는 페닐(C1~C4)알킬, (C3~C7)사이클로알킬, (C1~C4)알킬, 벤질, 4-(C1~C4)벤질, 벤즈히드릴, 1-페닐(C1~C4)알킬 및 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나이거나, R1 및 R2가 연결되어 (C3~C7)싸이클로알킬을 형성하며, 상기 치환된 아릴은 (C1~C4)알킬, (C1~C4)알콕시, 할로겐, 벤조일, 아세틸, 나이트로, 사이아노, 히드록시(C1~C4)알킬 및 아릴로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 치환기로 치환된다.
