The present invention relates to a technology for effectively obtaining useful components from sturgeons and using the same as a raw material for anti-wrinkle cosmetics. An anti-wrinkle cosmetic composition according to the present invention comprises: collagen peptide derived from sturgeon cartilage and a caviar extract derived from caviar which is roe of sturgeons. The collagen peptide is obtained by hydrolyzing collagen protein, which is extracted by hydrolyzing sturgeon cartilage with pepsin, with alcalase. The caviar extract is obtained by adding caviar in an organic solvent and extracting the same at 60-80°C.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명은 철갑상어로부터 유용물질을 효과적으로 수득하여 주름개선용 화장품용 원료물질로 활용하는 기술에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 주름개선 화장료 조성물은, 철갑상어 연골로부터 유래된 콜라겐 펩타이드와, 철갑상어 알인 캐비어로부터 유래된 캐비어 추출물을 포함하여 조성되되, 콜라겐 펩타이드는 철갑상어 연골을 펩신으로 가수분해하여 추출한 콜라겐 단백질을 알카라제(alcalase)로 가수분해하여 수득한 것이며, 캐비어 추출물은 캐비어를 유기용매에 첨가하여 60~80℃에서 추출한 것임을 특징으로 한다.
