PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological observation device which can achieve a new utilization method of a front cross-sectional image acquired by optical coherence tomography.SOLUTION: An ophthalmological observation device includes an optical system, a three-dimensional image acquisition unit, a cross-sectional image formation unit and a display control unit. The optical system performs optical coherence tomography. The three-dimensional image acquisition unit successively acquires three-dimensional images of an eye to be examined on the basis of the data successively acquired by the optical system by repeatedly performing the optical coherence tomography to a three-dimensional region of the eye to be examined. The cross-sectional image formation unit successively forms two or more front cross-sectional images corresponding to two or more cross sections different at depth positions on the basis of the three-dimensional images successively acquired by the three-dimensional image acquisition unit. The display control unit displays the two or more front cross-sectional images H1, H2 successively formed by the cross-sectional image formation unit on display means as a moving image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10ACOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】光コヒーレンストモグラフィにより取得された正面断面像の新規な利用法を実現可能な眼科観察装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼科観察装置は、光学系と、3次元画像取得部と、断面像形成部と、表示制御部とを有する。光学系は、光コヒーレンストモグラフィを行う。3次元画像取得部は、被検眼の3次元領域に対する光コヒーレンストモグラフィを繰り返し行うことにより光学系によって逐次に取得されたデータに基づいて、被検眼の3次元画像を逐次に取得する。断面像形成部は、3次元画像取得部により逐次に取得された3次元画像のそれぞれに基づいて、深さ位置が異なる2以上の断面に対応する2以上の正面断面像を逐次に形成する。表示制御部は、断面像形成部により逐次に形成された2以上の正面断面像H1とH2をそれぞれ表示手段に動画表示させる。【選択図】図10A
