PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmological observation device which can achieve a new utilization method of a front cross-sectional image acquired by optical coherence tomography.SOLUTION: In an ophthalmological observation device, an optical system performs OCT, a three-dimensional image formation unit 231 successively acquires three-dimensional images of an eye to be examined on the basis of the data successively acquired by the optical system by repeatedly performing the OCT to a three-dimensional region of the eye to be examined, a cross-sectional image formation unit 232 successively forms front cross-sectional images on the basis of the three-dimensional images successively acquired by the three-dimensional image acquisition unit, a display control unit 2111 displays the front cross-sectional images successively formed by the cross-sectional image formation unit on display means as a moving image and displays information indicating the cross sections of the front cross-sectional images, and a measurement control unit 2112 causes the optical system to execute the OCT to the cross section position designated via operation means to the front cross-sectional images displayed on the display means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】光コヒーレンストモグラフィにより取得された正面断面像の新規な利用法を実現可能な眼科観察装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼科観察装置において、光学系はOCTを行う。3次元画像形成部231は、被検眼の3次元領域に対するOCTを繰り返し行うことにより光学系によって逐次に取得されたデータに基づいて、被検眼の3次元画像を逐次に取得する。断面像形成部232は、3次元画像取得部により逐次に取得された3次元画像に基づいて正面断面像を逐次に形成する。表示制御部2111は、断面像形成部により逐次に形成された正面断面像を表示手段に動画表示させ、かつ、この正面断面像の断面を示す情報を表示させる。計測制御部2112は、表示手段に表示されている正面断面像に対し操作手段を介して指定された断面位置に対するOCTを光学系に実行させる。【選択図】図3
