PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a cross-sectional image of a CT image that corresponds to a leading end position of a wire that an operator is moving, and also move and display a cross-sectional image that is displayed following the operators moving of the wire.SOLUTION: A CT3D image storage 23 stores a volume three dimensional image whose center line of a desired blood vessel or luminal organ is extracted beforehand. An X ray 2D image storage 22 stores a two-dimensional image updated in real time. An alignment section 28 performs the alignment of the three-dimensional image and the two-dimensional image. A search section 26 retrieves a position of the leading end position of a device after a predetermined time. An operation part 27 calculates the leading end position of the device in the three-dimensional image.
