The new creation relates to the structure of a kind of soft sugar product, which is composed of a fruit layer, a soft rubber layer and a fixed film layer. The fruit layer is the innermost layer of the soft sugar, and the soft rubber layer is covered with the soft rubber layer. The soft rubber layer is mainly made of Aiyu, and the soft rubber layer is surrounded by an edible fixed film layer.
