The present invention relates to an apparatus for wrapping a bale (15) with a plastic wrapping film on a wrapping machine (20) having a fixing table (21) and a turn table (23). The apparatus for wrapping a bale comprises a cutting means (40) supporting a cutter (41) on one side of the turn table (23) to be rotatable, and interlocking an operation cylinder (45) to perform rotation of the cutter (41)； and a hydraulic means (50) having a fixing joint (51) and a rotary joint (52) between the fixing table (21) and the turn table (23) so as to control the hydraulic pressure against the operation cylinder (45).
