摘要:
"Processes for obtaining biflavonoids, photoprotective, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging activities and their use in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and cosmetics." The present invention relates to processes for obtaining a biflavonoid fraction from araucaria angustifolia leaves, photoprotective, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging activities and their use in the manufacture of cosmetics and medicaments useful in photoprotection, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging. More specifically, one of the processes for obtaining the biflavonoid fraction comprises the following steps: a) collecting fresh parts of the araucaria angustifolia plant; (b) drying the parts of the angustifolia plant in a greenhouse at a temperature ranging from 30 to 70 ° C; c) milling the dried plant in a tiger knife mill to a particle size of 2 to 6 mesh; d) macerating the obtained powder at a temperature between 30 and 70 ° C with ethanol or any solvent of similar polarities for 2 to 6 days; e) preparing the extract by filtering the solution obtained by macerating with filter paper followed by concentration under reduced pressure at a temperature of 40 <;sym>; 20 <;198>; c; down to 1/3 of the initial volume; f) precipitating the biflavonoid fraction by adding 1 to 3 l of water to the extract, followed by evaporation at a temperature between 30 and 70 ° C, at reduced pressure to remove the solvent; g) centrifuging or decanting the resulting precipitate to separate the biflavonoid fraction from the supernatant, followed by drying the solid obtained at 25 <;sym>; 20 <;198>; c; h) characterization of the bifiavonoid fraction by high performance liquid chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry, planar chromatography and nuclear magnetic resonance; i) identification of bifiavonoid fraction components using established standards as a comparison."processos de obtenção de biflavonóides, atividades fotoprotetora, a
