PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address such a problem that a bulb vegetable processing machine is configured to be supported by support legs, accordingly, a center-of-gravity position of a machine body is high and it is apt to fall and break in conveyance.SOLUTION: The bulb vegetable processing machine includes: a conveyance part 4 having a pair of conveyer belts 5 for conveying bulb vegetable, onions 2, with stalks thereof clamped therebetween, at a machine body frame 1 mounted above the floor by support legs 3 a conveyance passage 10 conveying the onions 2 from a starting edge to an ending edge, formed on a lower side of the conveyance part 4 a root cut part 20 having a root-cut rotary blade 21 and a root-cut stationary blade 22 for cutting roots of the onions 2, at the starting edge of the conveyance passage 10 and a stalk cut part 40 having a stalk-cut rotary blade 41 and a stalk-cut stationary blade 42 for cutting the stalks of the onions 2, formed on a downstream side of the root cut part 20. The support legs 3 are configured to provide one pairs of left/right legs parts 80 on the front and rear side respectively.
