PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a gravity center of a machine body position is high because of a configuration for supporting a bulb vegetables preparation machine by support legs, and therefore the machine is damaged by falling down during transportation.SOLUTION: A bulb vegetable preparation machine is configured as follows: a conveyance unit 4 having a pair of transfer belts 5 for holding and transferring stem portions of bulb vegetable onions 2 is provided in a machine body frame 1 placed on a floor by support legs 3； a conveyance path 10 for conveying onions 2 by directing the onions 2 from a starting end toward a termination is formed below the conveyance unit 4； a root-cutting rotary blade 21 for cutting a root of the onion 2 and a root cutting unit 20 having a root-cutting fixed blade 22 are provided in the starting end of the conveyance path 10； a stem-cutting rotary blade 41 for cutting the stem of the onion 2 and a stem-cutting unit 40 having a stem-cutting fixed blade 42 are provided in the conveyance downstream side of the root cutting unit 20； and a tooth part 33 constituted by forming a tooth surface 38 in the rear side of the rotating direction of a tooth chamber 37 recessed toward the axial direction of the stem-cutting rotary blade 41 is provided in the peripheral edge 34 of the stem-cutting rotary blade 41 concerning the stem-cutting rotary blade 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】鱗茎菜類調製機を支脚にて支持する構成のため、機体重心位置が高く運搬時に転倒して破損するという課題がある。【解決手段】支脚３により床上に載置される機体フレ－ム１に、鱗茎菜類玉葱２の茎部分を挟持搬送する一対の搬送用ベルト５を有する搬送部４を設け、搬送部４の下方に玉葱２を始端部から終端部に向けて玉葱２を搬送する搬送路１０を形成し、搬送路１０の始端部に玉葱２の根を切断する根切回転刃２１と根切固定刃２２を有する根切断部２０を設け、根切断部２０の搬送下手側に玉葱２の茎を切断する茎切回転刃４１と茎切固定刃４２を有する茎切断部４０を設け、前記茎切回転刃４１は、該茎切回転刃４１の周縁３４に、茎切回転刃４１の軸心方向に向かって凹む歯室３７の回転方向の後側に歯面３８を形成して構成した歯部３３を設けて構成した鱗茎菜類調製機。【選択図】図１９
