PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer beverage capable of being manufactured in an industrial scale, a method capable of manufacturing the multilayer beverage, and an unconventional novel multilayer beverage of which layers are separated again after standing the beverage even when layers are mixed during manufacturing or distributing the beverage each other.SOLUTION: There is provided a multilayer beverage having a flowable gel layer and a liquid layer. There is provided a multilayer beverage where the flowable gel contains oil and fat and/or air bubbles. There is provided a multilayer beverage where the flowable gel and/or liquid are water insoluble and a component with specific gravity of more than 1 is contained. There is provided a multilayer beverage filled in a container and of which layers are separated after shaking the container and standing in 2 hours. There is provided a multilayer beverage where the flowable gel contains a gelatinizer selected from a deacyl type Sural gum, alginates, carrageenan, agar or the like.
