PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly beverage in a container, excellent in taste and texture, and having a natural flavor and a high palatability, and a convenient method for producing the same.SOLUTION: This double-layered jelly beverage in a container, forming a fresh condensed layer having a fleshy feeling and juicy feeling is produced by performing convection/condensation treatments on prepared liquid containing a water insoluble solid content originated from fruits or vegetables, or prepared from the fruits or vegetables and having a 2 to 3,000 &mum mean particle diameter, and a gelling agent at 60 to 130°C. The method for producing the double-layered jelly beverage in a container can form the double-layered jelly beverage by filling the prepared liquid into a container by onetime filling (one liquid filling), and provide the double-layered jelly beverage in the container excellent in taste and texture by a convenient production method.
