PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a substance containing garlic extract equipped with garlic smell and a product equipped with the garlic smell, etc.SOLUTION: This method for producing the substance containing garlic extract is provided by comprising (1) a reduced pressure distillation process S120 of treating the garlic extract liquid under the conditions of 30 to 95°C and 0.00001 to 0.1 atm to obtain a distillate material, (2) an alkali treatment process S150 of treating the distillate material with the alkali of pH 9 to pH 14 range, and (3) an activated charcoal adsorption process S170 of adding the activated charcoal to the distillate material after the alkali treatment for adsorption.
