PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image diagnosing system which prevents a post-generated defect element from being overlooked, and can maintain a high picture quality.
SOLUTION: This device is equipped with: an X-ray source 2 an X-ray flat surface detector 4 a defective element position recording section 9 a compensation processing section 10 an image processing section 11 a post-generated defective element detecting section 8 and a control section. In this case, the X-ray flat surface detector 4 is constituted by two-dimensionally arranging a plurality of X-ray detecting elements into a flat plate shape. The defective element position recording section 9 records the positional information of a defective element of the X-ray detecting elements which form the X-ray flat surface detector. The compensation processing section 10 performs various kinds of compensation processes including the compensation of the detection amount of the defective element by the detection amount of the X-ray detecting element at a vicinity position of the defective element and forms X-ray image forming data from the recorded positional information of the defective element. The image processing section 11 applies various kinds of image processes to the data which has been formed in the compensation processing section. The post-generated defective element detecting section 8 detects a post-generated defective element which grows later from the X-ray image which has been formed in the image processing section 11 or an already photographed clinical image. The control section updates and stores the position of the defective element which has been detected by the post-generated defective element detecting section in the defective element position recording section.
